Beverages such as fizzy drinks, cool drinks, fruit juice, sports drinks, alcohol, full cream milk and specialty coffees can add up to many "empty calories". Nutritionally speaking, these calories contribute little more nutrition to our diets except for calories, which may lead to weight gain.
