TransformHERS keeps you active during "LOCKDOWN"
Because we have been requested to stay at home and not socialize or exercise in big groups, it is important for us to keep fit. TransformHERS is offering you 3 options to keep you active & healthy during this time.
The only equipment you will need for the 3 options are:
* Exercise Mat
* Set of 2kg hand weights/ waterbottles filled with water or sand
* Skipping rope
* Soccer ball
OPTION 1 - LIVE training sessions
Book your usual group training sessions with us at 1, 2, 3 or 4 days per week, but instead of meeting us at our outdoor venues, join us online for our live, interactive training sessions in the comfort of your home. Sessions will be 8am or 5pm (Mon, Tues, Thurs) and Wed (5pm) and Fri (8am). All you need to do is download an APP (we will let you know which one when you sign up), and get your workout area ready. You will only be able to join us for the amount of sessions you sign up for from. SIGN UP HERE
OPTION 2 - ONLINE workouts delivered to your inbox
If you are unable to join our live workouts, then book for these three workouts per week which will be delivered to your inbox on a Monday morning. 12 workouts for R400 per person. Sessions can then be done at a time convenient for you. SIGN UP HERE
OPTION 3 - Private 1on1 sessions at a time that suits you
These sessions are personalized sessions according to your fitness and needs. They will take place LIVE but at a time more convenient for you. Contact us on email@example.com for more details and prices.

TransformKIDS Birthday Parties
