TransformHERS keeps you active during "LOCKDOWN"

Because we are confined to our houses for the next 21 days, now, more than ever, it is important for us to keep fit. TransformHERS is offering you 3 options to keep you active & healthy during this time.  

The only equipment you will need for the 3 options are:

*  Exercise Mat

*  Set of 2kg hand weights/ waterbottles filled with water or sand

*  Theraband

*  Skipping rope

*  Soccer ball

OPTION 1 - 21-Day LOCKDOWN Challenge

These live interactive group workouts will be done in the comfort of your home at either 8am or 5pm daily 21 consecutive days.  This will ensure that you will stay active , keep fit and avoid boredom.  Download an APP (we will let you know which one when you sign up), and join us for a live session every day from Friday 27 March till Thursday 16 April.  Your entry fee of R1200 per person will include your 21 Day live workouts at R1000, plus R200 for the kitty; more entrants = more prize-money.  Those who don't miss a workout split the prize-money.  You are welcome to split your payment monthly (25 Mar and 25 Apr) for R700 per month.  SIGN UP HERE

OPTION 2 - LIVE training sessions

Book your usual group training sessions with us at 1, 2 or 3 days per week, but instead of meeting us at our outdoor venues, join us online for our live, interactive training sessions in the comfort of your home.  Sessions will be 8am or 5pm.  All you need to do is download an APP (we will let you know which one when you sign up), and get your workout area ready.  You will only be able to join us for the amount of sessions you sign up for from  Monday 30 March - Thursday 23 April.  SIGN UP HERE

OPTION 3 - ONLINE workouts delivered to your inbox

If you are unable to join our live workouts, then book for these three workouts per week which will be delivered to your inbox on a Monday morning.  12 workouts for R400 per person from Monday 30 March - Thursday 23 April.  These sessions can then be done at a time convenient for you.  SIGN UP HERE

Many of us use running as a means to lose weight and keep fit.  Join the TransformHERS Athletic Club to assist you with your 2020 goals. 5km - 42km, we will assist you!  Club runs are monthly, New Members = R650, Current Members = R400

TransformKIDS Birthday Parties

Looking for a unique kids birthday experience, contact us for a Bootcamp or Amazing Race party.  All games and clues are age appropriate, and will keep the kiddies active and entertained while having fun during the 1.5hr session.
